When you rent Bellevue Terrasse, you will be greeted by our property manager, who will be your point of contact for any possible trouble and services provided.

For your comfort, the property manager can purchase for you groceries for the first dinner and breakfast (please specify in advance, this service will be provided at cost plus a small service fee).

There is a weekly house cleaning service and pool management included in our offer (if you want to be helped more frequently, please let us know so we can arrange for it).

We also can organize for you pick-up at the airport or ferry station, as well as a rental car with a trusted partner.

Bequia is a small island with some infrastructure limitations, therefore we would appreciate if you take note of the following information:

Water: There is no centralized water treatment system on the entire island of Bequia. Like all households on the island, Bellevue Terrasse’s tap water comes from a private cistern where we collect rainwater during the rainy season. For drinking purposes, we recommend either boiling the tap water or using bottled water. For all other purposes it should be safe to use the tap water from our cistern.

Electricity: While electricity from the local grid is generally quite reliable, there may be occasional outages due to thunderstorms, lightning and the like. Also, from time to time, the local supplier will carry out scheduled maintenance on the overhead lines to clear them of tree branches and debris. These scheduled outages can last a few hours and are usually announced in advance. Internet connectivity may also be affected.
